To maintain absolute sanitary security, biological cleanliness, and pristine structural purity across our distribution network, any backpack chassis, shoulder padding array, chest harness strap, or internal micro-fiber accessory sleeve that has been unsealed from its protective internal factory wraps, loaded with personal work tool elements, or worn through an active outdoor commuting journey cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances. Furthermore, custom bulk corporate branding arrays or high-volume wholesale business fleet configurations are strictly excluded from standard returns.
